For our affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your transactions and experiences. LitCraft shares, and you cannot limit this sharing.

For our affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness. LitCraft does not share.

For our affiliates to market to you. LitCraft shares, and you can limit this sharing.

For nonaffiliates to market to you. LitCraft does not share.

How does LitCraft protect my personal information?

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?

Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.

 

Definitions

Affiliates. Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial

companies.

Nonaffiliates. Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with can include third-party identity and background check services.

Joint marketing. A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. We don’t currently have any joint marketing partners.

 

Other Important Information

If your LitCraft account has a Vermont address, we will not share personal information we collect about you with third parties unless the law allows or you provide authorization.
